Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, massage and personal care products that have been opened, used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return unless they are defective or required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products not caused by a manufacturing defect.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components.

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or other non-returnable items as specified at the time of purchase.

  • Clearance or final sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or as otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you require an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a product defect, shipping error, or another issue caused by us, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations
